rat bastard...i am jealousMe too. How humbling.
I have not studied the techinque and never got more than a few flimsy looking ripples on my best efforts. I explain away to not making 40-50 lattes/day. Is it possible to excel at latte art when you're held to 1-2 tries/day? What does one need to focus on first - milk texture? C'mon, the Don - help out a rookie. How about holding a little workshop over here?
