Get it alive from nuisance trappers for $20 for a 200 lb animal, then go here: http://baygourmet.tripod.com/pig.html I ate nothing but that kind of pork all the time I lived in Florida. Yum, yum. And get an extra one for me too please. ;)

Skin the pig, don't bother with the hot water dip, it just doesn't help with wild hogs.
