Me and my girl closed on our first house last night! what an experience! i hope to never have to go through all this stress again.. haha.. We got an excellant deal a foreclosure assesed at just under 300 and we paid 170 for it.. now the cleaning and work begins! didnt get to celebrate last night, so on the way over with me today while i start on the yard is:

thanks for the wishes everyone! one hell of a day today.. drank alot.. smoked alot.. got alot of sunburn... i let the ladies take over the inside and clean... me and my buddies did some yardwork and put the grill together... one hell of a day!
