I always get a little nervous when a vendor site goes offline during daytime business hours. I know, there can be a lot of legitimate reasons, but when they have my credit card number on an order, I just get nervous.
I'm saying this because all of the CI sites seem to be down.
CI
Joecigar
CI MMAO
Cigar.com

Have you paid your Smoking Licensing Credits (SLCs)? Have you re-certified your Medical and Recreational Tobacco Use Stamp (MARTUS)? Did the Bureau of Apprehension of Illegal Tobacco Users (BAITUs) send you any notifications of your reporting to the One World Self Re-Imagination Instructional Seminar (OWSRIIS)?
