I just wanted you all to know that the prices in the latest Mike Cigars catalog are bullchit.

I tried to order something yesterday online and kept getting the wrong price. So I called them, to see why this was happening. The CSR's response was "the price online is the REAL price, the price in the catalog doesn't matter".:bh

So basically the one day old catalog's prices are just for show.

The last time I order from them... just out of principle.

This is not the place for a company to get a bad rep.... It's gonna hurt.

There are disclaimers in every cigar catalog. Famous or CI has it in large print on the back cover of their most recent one. Try buying ammo out of a catalog these days. Most will not even have prices and if they do they are always "subject to change" I agree its disappointing but price is only one factor in making a purchase. I've only made one purchase from Mike's but their service was excellent. :2

Well the b!tch of it is that it wasnt even cigars! I can understand with SCHIP the prices going up when their stock gets turned over, but with accessories???

And to raise the price $25??? I mean come on!

They should have honored the price in the catalog. If they are going to change prices then don't put one in the catalog.

They at least need a HUGE disclaimer like Cabelas does with ammo stating the prices are subject to change due to the........ That is rediculous though:mad:

I've been noticing they have been shooting almost daily emails lately. This is something that seems to have been recent. Nothing to do with this, but just thinking outloud.
