I gave away my humidor and my other accessories. I find myself smoking maybe once or twice a week and I'm certainly not a collector. I've also found that there are very few cigars I even enjoy any more outside of Habanos Torres... Christ I don't know why I even sell cigars any more. I'm damned bored with it.

Hopefully for profit. :tu

Good luck...maybe in a few days or weeks or months you will decide you miss it! Sometimes you forget what you have until you lose it :)

Good luck!

Yeah pretty much. Normally on Fridays to hang out with the guys and that's about it.

Sorry to hear about that Matt. If the appeal is gone, then it's the right choice.

You sure you didn't do that just because you heard I was coming to Mesa in a couple of weeks and didn't want to have to feel like you had to smoke one with me? ;)

Haha it's not that I've quit smoking entirely. Just about once a week. I'm certainly not going to quit my job in this economy either. Still it's lost its appeal. Feel free to stop by Habanos Torres.

Whereabouts are you located, Matt? What are the hours you work?

We're staying at Painted Mountain on McKellips/Power.

Are you at 48 S Robson or is there another location?

That's only a block from the Landmark restaurant that we usually make a point of hitting sometime during the week for the awesome salad bar that does not end. :tu

Yep that's Habanos Torres. Not where I work but where I hang out with the guys on most Fridays.

Dang dude. Sorry to hear that. I've been through the ebb and flow of cigar smoking, but have never cleared house. I have always found myself coming back for more.

You've done what I would never do Matt. But if cigar smoking lost its appeal, it might be the right choice.

Maybe it was the Girl Scout cookies I sent you man. Maybe those evil little girls put something in them to make you not want to smoke anymore. I am soooo sorry man.

Sabbaticals are often the cure when you're feeling burnt out. Time to try a new hobby for awhile and see where that takes ya. I took a break from cigars for several years and then one day I woke up with a completely renewed intrest in the hobby.

Starting over can be fun when you're really looking forward to it.

Enjoy your break brother!

I work with parots all day long and have done for years, and although I couldn't really take a break from them because it's my livelyhood I definitely lost interest in them for a while other than simply making money from them, but now I've oddly enough got back into them..don't know what it was, just happened one day.
I hope the same does for you too.

You gotta do what you gotta do. I took a sabbatical from smoking for a while too, but never sold off my stuff. Now I am back into it and am glad I held onto it all.

Once a week is solid. I'm lucky to get a cigar once a month. Sorry to hear your bored with the hobby.
