View Full Version : My personal 3 drawer desktop

Here's my personal desk top cabinet I built. It's made of Bloodwood, Quilted Maple, Gabon Ebony and Spanish Cedar. The hinges are Ebony and the pull on the front is actually a slide lock. Please enjoy.

Love the wood combo! Hiding the hinges would kick it up a notch.

Thank you all very much. Actually the hinges are accented due to the fact that they are hand made from a wood called Gabon Ebony. It's what is used to make the black piano keys.:tu $100.00 a foot. You would think a little dinner and drinks would be in order first before they ring it up.:al

Thanks very much. I may not be The next EB or LW but I'm the first Bill Wyko.:tu I actually do take orders but I'm 5 back at this point. I'll have 2 more done this weekend and on to the next 3. Right now the wait is approximately 6 to 8 weeks to start. Thanks again.:tu

Well, I'm trying to finish 2 more but my allergies are kickin my ass. We've had very strong winds for about 3 weeks now. This has been awful. Got a couple hours in tonight though. Had to clean the dust collector and looked like I was rolled in flower.:tu Worst part is I can't smoke cigars when my allergies are this bad. I hate when I can't have a cigar with my woodwork:(
