Okay, the question is simple, if you could join any band for a day who would it be? For me it would be a toss up between Van Halen, TOOL, and Dream Theater.

Choice One: Old Guns n' Roses, because I play bass better than Duff does.

Choice Two: No Doubt, just because I might have a chance to see Gwen naked in the dressing room.

Hands down... The Allman Brother's Band! To be on stage with Derek Trucks, Warren Haynes, Greg Allman, Butch Trucks, etc, etc, would be close to heaven!!

George Thourogood, Allman Brothers, or ZZ Top

I have an unfair advantage: I'm not coked out of my mind.

The Descendents (where the screen name comes from)
Minutemen (when D. Boon was still alive)
Husker Du (pre-Warner Bros.)

And now for something completely different...
Miles Davis (Miles Davis Quintet era)

As much as I'd like to be part of the band, I'd settle for just getting to see them live.

But in what version?

The heyday of the Syd led beginnings, the huge jam sessions of the late 60's, the Roger's in charge and writing epic albums phase, or the Dave leading a much happier band in the largest possible area days?

Me, I'm right there with them sitting in the dirt at Pompeii listening to Dave and Richard find their way through Echoes, watching Nick as he builds his skill and learn to pound away some wonderfully complex rythms, and watching as Roger starts to let his anger bubble to the surface and truly begin shaping the path of their albums for the next 15 years.

Did I remember to mention that I'm a Pink Floyd fan as well?
