I always come to you guys when I have a question about something. That's what I love about this community.

I have had the same treadmill for years. I have never applied anything to the treadmill as far as lubricant. (not good I know)

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good product to use for lubrication?

The Wife and I have been using it quite frequently and I wanna make sure we don't burn it out. Links to a website wher i can buy it would also be helpful.

Thanks,
Dustin

My dad bought this after many good reviews...and it seems to work! Hope it helps Dustin.

Seriously though, we always just used silicone spray on ours - like you can get pretty much anywhere.
