Another forum i frequent recently had a couple of guys do a hit and run on some PIF's and I would like to add them but cant find out how.

We don't have such a list for things that happen outside of CA. Too often we only get one side of the story. Post on the site where the incident occurred, please.

how seriously can you take that scumbag list when there are people on there that have written proof they send their part out? And where people got added because they didn't send their part of a trade because they died?

sorry guys. I was not looking to post the person here, merely looking for a way to update the list. I also was under the impression that the list was somewhat moderated and you needed to be able to back something up to put a name on there. thanks for the info and i'll keep that in mind.

actually, in hindsight, i will say keep an eye out on any forum for a new member named 'austin' from boston MA. not for scamming people, but for being 13. I talked to his father via phone after an incident on another board and i would assume everything is good now, but you never know.

I can understand your concern and in trying to "inform" the cigar community however you have placed a minor's full name and e-mail address for all to see along with that of his father.

I would suggest removing this from the net ASAP. Again, maybe I'm out of line but as you said, it takes but a moment to track someone down with this kind of information and with the way the world is nowadays, I would err on the side of caution.

Just my two cents.
