A friend at work, who does some volunteer work at a public library, picked an old Rudman's Cigar Buying Guide for free and gave it too me. The copyright date is 1997. I have never looked at one and just started to browse through it.

2 questions:

1. Is Rudman's any good?

2. Does one 12 years old still have any informative value?

any input would be appreciated.

1.?
2. Unlikely unless you are a cigar history buff!

Its probably a fun read if you're really into cigars, but its too outdated to rely on it for any information now. I wouldn't trust a book written during the boom for cigar related info. Probably has the Cremosa selling for 10 bucks a stick

What's with all the jokes about Cremosas? I see it everywhere I go cigar-related, and I've always wondered.

Also, I'd think anything a decade-plus old is only good for the historical value and possibly any pictures.
