Not exactly a Cowboy fan, but have several friends who are diehards. What's next for the 'Boys, and for TO? I'm still a bit shocked... and was kinda hoping for MUCH more drama in Dallas next season. So what's next? Is Boldin coming in??...

I was just coming here to post this..
Not sure how I feel about it. Guy has spectacular talent, but was a major distraction in the locker room and constantly stirring up trouble. I would have liked to keep him around for another year personally..
Edit: And Romo better pull his head out of his ass or it'll be another mediocre season for the Cowboys.

Sorry... my bad.. I just noticed the "Cowboys Asylum" a little ways down. Apologies for the thread-jack (where THIS rightfully belongs).
Could one of the Magnificent Eleven please move this? Thanks!!

No worries, even if they get him they'll still take a wide receiver with their first pick in the draft. It's tradition.:r

If this (TO) woulda been last year, then cool. I've been more than happy to see the clueless Ford family throwing our beloved team down the crapper for the past several decades. Yeah, the drama and BS would've been spectaculiar!!! But I'm done. They've hit 0-16. Ford, sr. needs to man-up, step aside and hand things to the proper people. Either that, or he needs to croak.
How 'bout all the TO speculation, though... some of the other teams being "thrown" out there are hilarious. I'll let you guys fill in the blanks...

It was a matter of time before this happened. Let's see if another team will take a chance on him.

I don't see anything wrong with bringing TO to Detroit maybe that will cause other bigger names to come here next offseason. If we draft Stafford, TO will surely end his career in half a season. Calvin Johnson and TO makes me drool. Roy Williams is overrated and is not near the talent of Megatron.

Bring him to Tampa. We've been pretty good at rehabbing problem receivers for a year or two before they go off the deep end again. Cheaply though. Very cheaply. We could have wacko Antonio Bryant lined up next to wacko T.O..

I just heard they also dropped Mr. horse-collar himself Roy Williams.

Hopefully Jerry Jones will take Chad Johnson off our hands for a draft pick :)

"Williams recently signed a $25 million contract extension, which included an $11 million signing bonus. His departure saves the Cowboys about $1 million in salary-cap room."
$1 million saved in salary cap by releasing R. Williams? $11 million signing bonus?
And TO just got a $12 million signing bonus last year.
Why wouldn't Jones hold onto them and maybe try to use them in a draft day trade? For a 2nd or even 3rd round draft pick??

I've never been a fan.. of TO. my good friends are boys fans and the man can catch, but at what cost? I personally would die laughing if he went to Detroit.

We need another big wide receiver but I'd rather see them go for offensive line or defense

Not a Cowboys or Jerry Jones Fan, but he stepped up today and showed his Nutsack by letting go of a cancer on the team....Best move Jerra has ever made....:tu

Agreed I just wish Ford was the same way though Jones actually cares about his team

I was glad when we signed him ,but with all the headaches he caused in the locker room I'm glad to see him go. I just hope Roy Williams can step up next year.
