Have you ever had a sunny side up egg on a cheeseburger? It's actually REALLY good.

I don't know if I would classify it as "inspired" food, but someone out there will eat anything. This particular Frahnkensteen dish looks like someone was trying too hard. I would like it better if the portion was smaller. (I would guess that thing is a foot across?)

If you did mini-versions of it, I would come over and sample it. ;)
